About these terms

These terms apply to everyone who visits greensmind.com (the site). The site is run by Reen Singh, trading as Greensmind, New Delhi, India (we, us, our). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Copyright and ownership

Every painting, photograph, film, piece of music, poem, story and other creative work shown on this site, together with the site's text, design and the Greensmind name and logo, belongs to Reen Singh unless it is clearly credited to someone else. All of it is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws of India and other countries.

Buying a print, an original artwork or a service does not transfer copyright. The copyright in every work stays with Reen Singh unless we agree otherwise in writing.

What you may and may not do

You may view the site for your own personal, non commercial enjoyment, and share links to its pages.

You may not copy, download, screenshot for reuse, reproduce, print, edit, crop, filter, sell, license, publish or distribute any work from the site, or use it on another website, in social media posts, in merchandise, in advertising or in any commercial project, without our written permission.

You may not use any work from the site to train, fine tune or prompt artificial intelligence or machine learning systems, or to create derivative or "in the style of" works.

If you would like to use a work, write to green@greensmind.com. We are happy to discuss licensing, press use and collaborations.

Commissions, shoots and collaborations

Enquiries made through the site, by email or on Instagram are not bookings. A commission, art shoot, studio shoot, film, post production or music project is confirmed only when both sides agree its scope, fees, schedule and usage rights in writing.

Any deposit, cancellation, rescheduling or refund terms are the ones set out in that written agreement.

Unless the written agreement says otherwise, Reen Singh keeps the copyright in all work produced, and the client receives a licence to use the delivered work for the purposes agreed. Greensmind may show the work in its portfolio and on social media unless the client asks for confidentiality before the project starts.

Original works and prints

Colours on screen can differ from the physical work. Sizes, materials, availability and prices are confirmed at the time of purchase.

Original works and prints are sold for private display. Purchasing one does not give the right to reproduce it.

Privacy

When you use the contact or booking form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, preferred date and message. We use them only to reply to you and to arrange any work you ask about.

We do not sell your details, add you to mailing lists without asking, or share them with anyone except where needed to answer you or where the law requires it.

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you sent us by writing to green@greensmind.com.

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs to run the service securely.

Links to other sites

The site links to Instagram and may link to other services. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and available, but it is provided as it is, without guarantees that it will always be error free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
